Terrible twos are rubbish

Whoever coined that phrase wants shooting and giving a medal at the same time. The way I see it, if toddlers didn’t know about the terrible twos then they wouldn’t be so naughty and yet the phrase fits their behaviour spot on.
Let’s be right about this, most of the time my daughter is an angel. Well behaved and a joy to be around but when she’s that way out. Well it’s like the gates of hell have opened and she’s the demon sent to torture our souls!

The old ‘not wanting to do as one is told’ is what it all boils down to….
Not wanting to do as she’s told and protesting by kicking and screaming and fighting and rolling around making things really difficult. Her best trick is straighting up her body in her car seat so we can’t move her out or belt her up properly. She is a trier.

Is this what myself and my queen are to expect now. Will puberty be like this but bigger and older and balder (in my case anyway).
Funny how kids think they are the boss. They’re not though……aren’t they?! …….
