It’s only a matter of weeks before I’m Shanghai bound and things are looking a little vacant in the air. Hopefully things right themselves and the airports and airlines catch up so I can go! But thats down to the bloody volcanoes I suppose.

Fingers crossed for me and everyone else about to leave for a jolly….

So until I leave I’m learning simple phrases in Mandarin and oh boy its hard but when in Rome. Chances are I’ll get there and everyone I come across speaks really good English and any chance I have of showing off my new language skills will be laughed at anyway. But that shouldn’t be reason not to try.
