OK OK I know there’s the argument against this. Irony and points missed and what not and below I’ve linked to both arguments so you can make your own mind up. But that is exactly not the point here. Lets strip it down. We’re not members of Rage Against the Machine. We’re not brought up on a diet of revolt and protest. Hell I’m not. I just like a good tune and like even more a good tune to blow a shit song clear out of the water. So that said lets pull together. People versus people or song versus song or a good solid rock theme of the a bygone era versus some flash in the pan reality TV money spinning wheel.

I’m talking about the campaign to put Rage against the Machine’s ‘Killing in the Name’ to the top spot for Christmas number one. Before the inevitable X-Factor song. So……
